Embedding the elements of Conversational Leadership in an organisation can have a profound effect on the entire structure and practices in all aspects of the work within that group.

We offer an experiential workshop-based approach introducing you to the concept of Conversational Leadership and its seven elements. 

We explore your understanding of leadership and current practices within and surrounding your system. Sometimes it is necessary to excavate the narratives and historical stories surrounding your group in order to understand how they might be showing up in the present. We encourage a deepening conversation and connection within and between your members, as well as between teams and those you serve.

Conversational Leadership encourages us to pause and sit in the disquiet of stopping. Pausing is not necessarily the customary response to issues. The tendency can be to speed up, to increase, or to firefight, reacting to the seemingly immediate need but rarely tackling what resides at the root of the difficulty - thereby perpetuating a cycle of frustrating rinse and repeat.

We embed the same language of leadership throughout, encouraging the openness and authenticity that fuels connection and collaboration between the people who make up your organisation.  A deeper, richer space will open up by honest connecting and attention to the unspoken narratives that have remained unquestioned. This then allows more safety for all to turn towards authenticity.
