The Team

We work with your team/group as we would with the whole organisation - starting with experiential workshops introducing you to the seven elements of Conversational Leadership.

Working with a smaller part of the organisation can, longer term, have as radical an effect as working with the whole. Systemically, shift one aspect, or change one part of the organism and it will change everything.

Working with teams can be more intensive and specific - as trust builds we support you to delve into complex issues bringing your team into deeper connection and ultimately improving wellbeing for you and the organisation you work for.

No one person has the answer, there is legitimacy in the saying ‘the whole is greater than the sum of its parts’ - being curious, staying open to challenge and letting go of outcome is for the brave.

We are more likely to be courageous when those around us are willing to jump too.
